In traditional powder processing, mixing and granulation are separate operations – materials are first blended in a mixer, then transferred to a granulator for forming. This not only requires high equipment investment and large floor space, but also risks component segregation and dust contamination during material transfer.

Kontex addresses this pain point with a "two-in-one" technical philosophy. The KH series mixer-granulator integrates dry powder blending, liquid wetting, and high-speed shear granulation into a single closed chamber. Materials no longer need to be transferred between multiple machines, completely eliminating the quality risks inherent in conventional processes.

The equipment completes the entire "mixing – wetting – nucleation – growth – densification" process within a closed system. Mixing uniformity reaches up to 99.9%, particle size is precisely controllable from 50 μm to 5 mm, with density deviation ≤0.02 g/cm³.
